*Drag mode is recommended for dedicated drag race cars only. It pushes the transmission to its limits and may lead to premature wear.

Please note that due to some DMEs limitation, a transmission tune alone can't force the cruise control system to recognize 8th-gear. MSV8X and MSD8X DMEs require a DME patch for this to work. This DME patch is a free option you can get with any of our compatible engine tunes.
You are buying custom tune files to be used exclusively with the Bimmer Tuning Tools 8HPe Transmission Quickflash application (not included). Basic requirements are a Windows 7 or newer computer, a battery charger to keep the car ON while flashing and a high quality K-Dcan cable designed for flash tuning.
